Refund Policy

Tetralion Software structures custom software development and enterprise consulting engagements on a transparent, milestone-driven basis.

Each project is broken down into clearly defined phases: Architecture & Discovery, Core Backend Engineering, Frontend & Integration, and Final Acceptance & Deployment.

Invoices are issued against specific milestone deliverables. This ensures clients have complete visibility and control over project progress and financial commitments.

The initial Discovery & Architecture sprint involves intensive systems modeling, technical requirements definition, database schema design, and resource allocation.

Due to the direct expenditure of senior engineering labor and architectural resources, discovery deposits and initial sprint fees are non-refundable once technical work has commenced.

All documentation, technical specifications, and architectural diagrams produced during the discovery phase remain the client's property regardless of project continuation.

Prior to approving payment for any development milestone, clients are provided with access to staging environments and automated test reports to verify that deliverables meet agreed criteria.

Once a milestone has been formally verified and approved by the client, the corresponding payment is considered final and non-refundable.

If a deliverable fails to satisfy the technical criteria defined in the Statement of Work, Tetralion will remediate the issues through our revision warranty at no additional charge rather than requiring new billing.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement upon providing written notice (typically 14 to 30 days, as specified in the applicable Statement of Work).

Upon notice of cancellation, Tetralion will immediately cease development activities, calculate the exact proportion of work completed within the active sprint, and invoice only for unbilled hours or milestones delivered to date.

Any prepaid funds exceeding the value of work completed up to the effective termination date will be promptly refunded to the client within ten (10) business days.

All source code, database dumps, and assets developed up to the date of cancellation will be transferred to the client upon settlement of outstanding balances.

For proprietary SaaS tools, developer APIs, or cloud platforms hosted directly by Tetralion Software:

• Annual Plans: Cancellations requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, subscriptions remain active until the end of the term and are non-refundable.

• Monthly Plans: Monthly recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will terminate at the conclusion of the current billing cycle without further charges.
